The objectives of this training course

Refresher Course: Rope Access

In a variety of work situations, trainees will familiarise themselves with PPE for rope access work, learn about French legislation on working at height, and undertake practical exercises to access a workstation using two ropes (a working rope and a safety rope).
The teaching approach focuses on rigorous methods and adherence to technical procedures.

Suspension syndrome: consequences and prevention

How to tie a bypass knot (single and double), knots and splits

Knowing how to tie knots and make lashings to assemble rope equipment

Simulating a fall, prevention and action

Analysing and managing potential risks

Determining a working procedure according to the activity

Rope rescue during descent and ascent

Lifting light loads

Check your equipment before the operation

Theory review during the practical phase

Prerequisites : Be of legal age / HTC medical clearance / Rope access technician with 1,000 hours of experience

Audience : This training course is not accessible to people with Category B and C disabilities. Category A disabilities: please contact us
